IT Administrative Assistant

Full-Time

DESCRIPTION:

Provide IT support to end users through at desk visits, phone calls and Help Desk software for daily hardware/software/telephone system issues. Installs, maintains and troubleshoots PCs and desktop applications. Provide support to IT Administrator for CDL Vehicle electronic logs to include troubleshooting, data entry, and corrections to system

KEY DUTIES:

  • Serves as first and primary contact for users on hardware and software issues. Ability to troubleshoot issues from the client-side to server-side and provide feasible solution.
  • Maintains PC, software / hardware, and equipment licensing on an active inventory list.
  • Educates users on the functions of installed general office applications, operating systems and phone system.
  • Responsible for the orientation of new employees in appropriate IT procedures and/or helping them get started with the applicable computerized systems.
  • Provide support for routine maintenance on user’s PCs, printers, hardware and software as well as network servers.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and place service calls with the appropriate maintenance vendors when necessary.
  • Assist with implementation of established corporate policies regarding acquisition and use of hardware and software.
  • Assists with operations, software installations and upgrades on the local area network to ensure minimum downtime and a secure environment.
  • Help analyze and asses future needs regarding technological advancements.
  • Provides problem details to IT Administrator and assists them in solving problems of complex scope.
  • Troubleshoot all potential issues with electronic logs throughout the fleet of company vehicles.
  • Data entry of all new employees and vehicles into electronic logging system in accordance with DOT rules and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in technical discipline (Preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication skills along with excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with all levels of internal users.
  • Significant knowledge of computer software: Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Operating Systems.
  • PC and server operating system technical skills including Windows 7, and 10.
  • Knowledge of the following is a plus: Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and VPN.
  • Experience in troubleshooting PC component software such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Computer Ease

CDL Operator, Dedicated Runs OTR 

Full-Time

Locations:
Pennsylvania – Carnegie/Cecil

DESCRIPTION:

Weavertown Environmental Group is hiring for an Over The Road CDL operator holding a class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsement. This position will be hauling a carbon product on dedicated runs from our facility here in Pittsburgh, to the client, and back with home time and rest between runs. All candidates must have 2-3 years of experience and posses both Tanker and Hazmat endorsements along with a clean MVR record. Compensation for this position will be split between a mileage rate while driving and an hourly rate while performing on-load and off-load of material. Fuel Desk Clerk

Heavy Wrecker Tow Operator

Description:

This position will include but not limited to:

All aspects of day to day operations including dispatching to clients site, hook up and towing of vehicles, processing of paperwork and invoices.

Willingness to work extended hours and potential travel

Perform towing and road service calls

 

 

Requirements of this position:

 

Class A CDL (Tanker & Hazmat)

Minimum of one year Heavy Towing experience

Proven record of safe driving history

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft office programs

Environmental Technician

Description:

Perform various duties related to Environmental and Industrial Cleaning and other Company services including Emergency Response in a safe, timely and efficient manner. Must be willing to travel and work overtime as required.

CDL Class A Operator

Tanker & Hazmat Endorsements plus 2 years of experience required.  $1,000.00 Hiring Bonus.
